  • ST (Support Packages for SAP Solution Manager)
  • ST-PI (Solution Tools Plug-In)
    The add-on Solution Tools Plug-In (ST-PI) provides Basis and Trace Tools, which are required for service delivery and system monitoring:
    • Function modules for data collection
    • Transaction SDCC - Service Data Control Center (Release 4.0B - 4.6D)
    • Transaction SQLR - SQL Trace Interpreter (Release 4.0B - 4.6D)
  • ST-SER (Support Packages for SAP Solution Manager Service Tools)
    The Support Packages for add-on SAP Solution Manager Service Tools (ST-SER) contain updates and corrections of the service content in the SAP Solution Manager as of release 2.2 and higher. Example for services are SAP EarlyWatch Alert, Service Level Reporting, SAP GoingLive Check.
  • ST-A/PI (Service Tools for Applications)
    The Service Tools for Applications Plug-In (ST-A/PI) provides Analysis Tools, which are required for service delivery:
    • Transaction ST14 - Application monitor
    • Report RTCCTOOL - Servicetools Update
    • Transaction ST13 - Launchpad for further analysis tools
  • ST-BC (Basic Settings)
  • SAP_NOTES (Note Assistant)
    The Note Assistant is a powerful tool for rapidly implementing specific SAP Notes. The Note Assistant makes it easy to install specific corrections to SAP components. It also recognizes any dependencies on SAP Notes, Support Packages, and modifications that have already been implemented, which helps to ensure you implement all appropriate fixes for your SAP component.
