How to create direct links to SAP notes in the Service Marketplace (SMP)

If you want to setup yourself a web-site with interesting notes, you can use the following link-technique for having this always up to date:
http://service.sap.com/~IRON/FM/011000358700000431401997E/0500950E
In the link above, everything is constant except the 7-digit note number and the E for english and the D for german.
So, if you like to create a link to the always latest version of the note 554792 for the Access to tables in an ASCII system in english, you would write the following link:
http://service.sap.com/~IRON/FM/011000358700000431401997E/0554792E
