SAP certified the V5R2 with all the PTFs of the current
Infoapar for V5R2.
As not all of these PTFs are approved yet, you would have to ask IBM for getting a few of these PTFs manually via ECS.
(May be not approved PTFs: SI05925, SI05795, SI04904, MF29517, MF29422)
SAP currently creates the necessary Kernel-Patches for all releases in order to get rid of the SICK error message. But fortunately there is nothing really functional in it. So, with all these PTFs an SAP system should run fine on V5R2.
